I thought today I would walk you through the construction of my daughter's birthday cake. She turned 3 about 6 weeks ago and we threw her a princess party. Complete with this 'beautiful' castle cake, which she loved! That made it all worth it!
I created this button for Holly and Abbey last week and couldn't wait to show it off! They announced details today about their 2010 Summer Blog Tour and I've already signed up! It's been a few weeks since I've participated in Wordless Wednesday so I thought I'd get back in the game. And, in the spirit of my halfway successful Lenten diet, I thought I'd post some pictures of food, what else!?!? These were all taken on our recent trip to Mexico, most of them courtesy of my sister who always seems to photograph her food. Why? I don't know. Bon appetit!  My birthday dessert! Yummo!  Beautiful!  It woudn't be Mexico without some margaritas would it?? 
A few weeks ago I took a brief hiatus and visited Cozumel, Mexico.
 I finally did it. I had a professional headshot taken. Well, actually it was sort of an afterthought at our holiday family photo shoot. Regardless, I now have a {much needed} nice professional picture of myself. Which, is a good thing to have. When doing business online and not in person it's hard to establish a personal relationship with your customers. A nice photo can help. Customers see who they are working with and you can improve your credibility. A picture is worth 1,000 words, right?
Tammy at Pockets of Dreams recently contacted Market Mommy to great a graphic image to use in our Holiday Gift Guide and we were more than happy to do so :-) Below is what we created. Check out their site, it's really very cool.
 I just finished this ad today for Sherri-Lee at Mail4Kids. It's for a special publication for seniors that she's advertising in.
